We're Hiring: 3 Remote Executive Assistant Roles (US CST & PST Support Salary in USD)

Join a high-performance team supporting dynamic leaders across marketing, education, and accounting. We're hiring for three specialized Executive Assistant roleseach designed to streamline operations, elevate team productivity, and deliver exceptional support.

Role 1: Lifecycle Operations Specialist Executive Admin (Onboarding & Operations Support)

Support Marketing Directors by managing high-volume onboarding, licensing coordination, CRM updates, and event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track agent licensing steps (exam registration, fingerprinting, applications, follow-ups)
  • Send scheduled reminders and escalate stalled cases
  • Maintain CRM accuracy (GoHighLevel, spreadsheets)
  • Coordinate guest calls, recruiting events, and recurring sessions (e.g., Cigars, Wealth, and Whiskey)
  • Mirror MD communication tone (e.g., direct, results-driven)

Ideal For:

  • Organized multitaskers with CRM/spreadsheet fluency
  • Fast responders who thrive in high-volume messaging
  • Detail-oriented professionals who love clean data and clear follow-through

Role 2: Executive Assistant for Academic Coaches

Support consultants, tutors, and academic coaches with day-to-day admin, scheduling, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage academic records, reports, and documentation
  • Handle email correspondence and internal coordination
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of educators
  • Track student sessions and materials
  • Uphold confidentiality and service standards
