Job Description
We're looking for a growth-driven Social Media Manager who knows how to scale Instagram accounts not just post content.
This role is for someone with proven results growing Instagram pages, creating high-performing carousels, and increasing reach, engagement, saves, and shares. Facebook group management experience is also required.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically manage and grow Instagram (feed, stories, carousels)
Create high-engagement carousel content
Drive measurable growth (followers, reach, engagement)
Manage and grow a Facebook group
Track performance and continuously optimize
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven Instagram growth results (must provide examples)
Carousel samples you created (explain strategy)
Facebook pages or groups you've grown or managed
Before/after metrics
Strong understanding of engagement and community growth
This is not for content schedulers or passive account managers.
