URGENT: Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Organize, tag, and maintain the CRM database while creating call lists, automated campaigns, and follow-up plans
• Cold call homeowners, expired listings, and new prospects, then nurture leads across phone, email, and SMS
• Reach out to past clients to generate repeat business, request referrals, and collect reviews via Testimonial Tree
• Create short-form videos, Reels, and graphics using Canva and CapCut for Facebook, Instagram, and lead generation
• Manage online presence, maintain consistent branding, update Google Business Profile, and optimize real estate portals
• Track conversation metrics, appointments, and lead sources to generate daily and weekly performance reports
• Document SOPs, build Zapier automations, and complete provided AI marketing training to refine workflows

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence for cold calling, qualification, and appointment setting
• Hands-on experience with real estate CRMs, with strong preference for Follow Up Boss, or comparable platforms like Vulcan7 and PropStream
• Proven background in social media lead generation, Meta Business Suite, email marketing, and permission-based SMS campaigns
• Basic video editing and graphic design abilities using CapCut and Canva
• Tech-savvy mindset comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Loom, Listings-to-Leads, RealScout, and Zapier
• Professional workspace with high-speed internet, power backups, and strong attention to data accuracy and reporting
