Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated In-House Engineer to facilitate site and production-based work. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site meetings, performing inspections, and ensuring all projects meet strict QC/QA standards. This role requires a blend of technical office design work and active fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
Site Coordination: Attend and coordinate site meetings with stakeholders.
Technical Design: Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp for project planning and adjustments.
Quality Control: Oversee inspection procedures and ensure adherence to QC/QA standards.
Fieldwork: Perform on-site visits and production-based tasks as required.
Analytics: Apply strong mathematical and analytical abilities to solve technical construction issues.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically as an In-House Engineer within the construction industry.
Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Core Competencies: Strong mathematical skills and deep knowledge of inspection and quality standards.
Flexibility: Must be willing to perform fieldwork.
