Position: Customer Service Representative Travel GDS Account
Salary Package: Up to 31,700
Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
At Least 2 Years Of GDS Experience Is Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to travel reservations, bookings, ticketing, and itinerary changes
Utilize Global Distribution System (GDS) tools accurately and efficiently
Provide timely and professional resolutions to customer concerns
Maintain high standards in customer satisfaction, productivity, and attendance
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
