Main Responsibilities
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using GDS systems.
- Modify, cancel, or reissue tickets as per customer requests.
- Ensure correct fare calculation and ticketing procedures.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat from customers or travel partners.
- Provide itinerary details, fare quotes, and travel advice.
- Resolve booking or ticketing issues professionally.
- Use systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for: PNR (Passenger Name Record) creation and management
- Fare rules, seat selection, SSR (special service requests)
- Issuing E-tickets and processing refunds or exchanges

Qualifications
- At least high school graduates
- Minimum of 1 year of GDS experience
- Strong communication skills
- Preferably with experience in Amadeus and/or Sabre
