Position Overview
As a Transaction Backer, you will manage and coordinate real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring every step is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Manage buyer and seller transactions from executed contract through closing
Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, title/escrow companies, and other stakeholders
Track deadlines, inspections, appraisals, and mortgage processes
Maintain accurate records and ensure file compliance
Schedule closings, moving timelines, and possession dates
Update and manage client information within company systems
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Effective coordination, scheduling, and time management skills
