Our
Consumer Lending team is looking for
experienced professionals to join us in
Ortigas with the role of
Systems Officer (Unsecured Collections).
In this role you will in this role you will correctly execute end-to-end administration of the Predictive Dialer System (PDS Aspect ALM and UIP) for all consumer loan products, including Cards, Personal Loans, Salary Loans, and Auto Loans. You will also act as a back-up Systems Administrator for the Collection System (IC4 Indus) and Recovery Systems (RMS Finnone), ensuring continuity of operations.

What The Role Will Entail
- Implements and manages calling/queuing strategies and system parameter updates aligned with collection objectives.
- Monitors the systems, provides feedback, and ensures effective deployment of agreed collections strategies.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for Predictive Dialer Systems, resolving issues and escalating system concerns as needed.
- Supports system-related projects, ensures report availability, and promptly addresses team requests.
- Promotes customer-first practices by monitoring performance, gathering feedback, and aligning services with the clients needs.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit/quality standards while addressing the clients concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Basic programming knowledge with a business-related degree, preferably with Computer Science or programming units, plus 2–3 years of collections or BPO experience.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including macro creation and automation.
- Experience in Dialer and Collections Systems, with understanding of consumer lending systems and credit lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of BSP regulations, internal policies, CCPL products, and core financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and transaction systems (ASCCEND, T24, CACS, IC4, FinnOne, RMS, Aspect).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
