We are looking for an energetic, trend-focused Social Media Manager to drive our online presence, execute high-volume publishing, edit engaging video content, and run promotional campaigns across all social channels.

In this role, you will lead our social media strategy—publishing 30–50 posts per week, designing branded graphics in Canva, repurposing videos into short-form Reels and TikToks, managing paid post boosts, and engaging actively with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms and publish 30–50 posts weekly.
• Create content calendars and plan content for events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Develop engaging content across Reels, Stories, infographics, memes, polls, and posts.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Research trends and create content that supports brand awareness and audience growth.
• Create graphics, flyers, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Edit and repurpose videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Support paid social media boosts and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Social media management experience
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI tools.
• CRM management experience required.
• Experience with Canva, Zoom, Google tools, and Post Planner or similar platforms is a plus.
• Video editing and graphic design experience is highly preferred.
• Marketing, sales, or recreation industry experience is a strong plus.
