Role Description The Property Specialist is a full-time, Makati-based role with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The role involves actively promoting and selling Megaworld's residential and commercial properties, conducting property tours, and presenting project features and benefits to prospective clients. The Property Specialist will handle inquiries, build and maintain client relationships, and provide consistent customer service throughout the sales process, including documentation and after-sales support. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, coordinating with internal teams on project updates, attending sales events and trainings, and preparing reports on sales activities and market feedback. The position requires a goal-oriented professional who can meet sales targets while representing the company's brand and values in client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, present property information clearly, and provide professional support throughout the transaction.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques, to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Residential Real Estate to effectively market and match residential projects with client needs.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Commercial Real Estate to support clients seeking investment or business-related property solutions.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are highly valued.
  • Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, basic digital tools (CRM systems, office applications), and willingness to attend on-site client meetings and project activities in Makati are important.
  • Previous experience in property sales or related industries is an advantage but motivated entry-level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
