Job Description

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a detail-oriented Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to support our client's product catalog operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete product information through product validation, data entry, and catalog management.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date across business systems. You will report directly to a client-designated coordinator or manager and play a key role in maintaining high-quality product data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform product validation, data entry, and catalog management tasks.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date product information across business systems.
  • Review product data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before publishing.
  • Create, update, and maintain product records in Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to obtain missing or incomplete product information.
  • Follow up professionally to ensure timely completion of product data requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining product catalogs and documentation.
  • Ensure data quality standards and company processes are consistently followed.
  • Support ongoing product information improvement initiatives and operational projects.
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM), data entry, catalog management, or a related operational role.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite is an advantage.
  • Understanding of IT hardware and software products.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate data.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to professionally request, verify, and follow up on missing product information from internal teams and vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work a later shift based on client requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with large product catalogs and high-volume product data.
  • Familiarity with ERP or product information management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes.
  • Experience working in an outsourcing or shared services environment is an advantage.
