Job Overview
We are seeking customer-oriented and performance-driven individuals to join our Online Retail Account as Customer Service Representatives. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support while meeting operational goals and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, product information, deliveries, returns, and account concerns
Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues through professional communication
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Meet performance metrics including productivity, attendance, quality assurance, and customer experience targets
Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and performance goals
Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
With at least 3 months of customer service experience (CSE)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite in Cebu City Insular
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
