Role Overview
We are seeking a highly accountable Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns and Go High Level (GHL) account management. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategy with execution a professional who can manage budgets, optimize performance, and drive measurable growth with minimal oversight.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (primarily Facebook / Meta Ads)
- Take ownership of Go High Level (GHL) sub-accounts, funnels, workflows, and automations
- Monitor key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and offers to improve results
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective strategies
- Manage and responsibly scale winning campaigns
- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution
- Proactively communicate insights, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure accounts remain organized, stable, and performance-focused
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Facebook / Meta Ads (minimum competency: 8/10)
- Strong operational knowledge of Go High Level (minimum competency: 8/10)
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize for performance outcomes
- Solid understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion mechanics
- Comfort working with data, KPIs, and performance analysis
- High level of ownership, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without micromanagement
Preferred (Strong Plus)
- Previous experience working inside a marketing or advertising agency
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience launching and promoting webinar campaigns
- Familiarity with webinar-based marketing strategies
- Familiarity with the mortgage or real estate industry
