Urgent Hiring: Lead Generation VA

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify potential clients, build targeted prospect lists, and drive outreach through email and social media. If you're resourceful, organized, and confident in turning research into real opportunities, this role could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, then build targeted prospect lists with accurate contact information.
• Conduct and manage email and social media outreach, including follow-ups designed to generate interest and potential opportunities.
• Maintain organized lead databases and CRM records while tracking outreach activity, responses, and prospect status.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives focused on client acquisition and social media prospecting.
• Assist with basic social media posting using client-provided assets and existing Canva templates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven lead generation experience in a corporate setting or as a VA.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI tools.
• CRM management experience, preferably with Airtable, and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
• Voice acting industry knowledge/experience is a huge plus, while UGC experience is an added advantage.
