As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Handling travel-related requests such as reservations, ticketing, rebookings.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:
- Applicants must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience
- High School Graduates with at least 1 year of call center experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong City
