Job Overview
We are looking for customer-focused and performance-driven individuals to join our Cruise Specialist Account as Customer Service Representatives. This role is ideal for applicants who are passionate about travel and hospitality while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to cruise bookings, reservations, schedules, and travel assistance
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns
Deliver excellent customer experience while maintaining professionalism and service quality
Meet performance metrics including productivity, attendance, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance targets
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals and service excellence
Qualifications
K-12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
Fresh graduates and applicants without BPO experience are welcome to apply
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite in Pasay
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
