Urgent Hiring: CRM & Automation Specialist

We're looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist who can turn complex workflows into streamlined systems using CRM platforms, automation, and AI. If you're a systems thinker who loves making processes smarter and more efficient, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM systems, funnels, workflows, drip campaigns, and AI-powered lead processes.
• Build and connect systems across CRMs, landing pages, Jotform, Calendly, dialers, DocuSign, Google Drive, QR codes, and review platforms.
• Develop AI-driven workflows that support lead capture, intake, prequalification, processing, and internal operations.
• Improve and maintain scalable systems that help new clients and employees seamlessly integrate into existing workflows.

Qualifications:

• Proven CRM and automation experience in a corporate setup or as a VA.
• Strong experience with CRM management, preferably BoldTrail or GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI tools; hands-on AI experience.
• Experience with DocuSign, MLS, Zoom, or similar platforms; Business, Marketing, or Real Estate experience.
