Consumer Lending team is looking for
experienced professionals to join us in
National Capital Region with the role of
Credit Officers.
In this role, you will ensure accurate and thorough verification, perform independent credit analysis, and make informed recommendations. You will underwrite loans, make approval decisions, and escalate cases requiring higher-level review to safeguard business objectives.

What The Role Will Entail
- Assess and make decisions on loan applications within authority levels and service standards
- Achieve required loan approval volumes to meet business and financial targets
- Perform thorough credit analysis and risk assessment across consumer lending products
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks or deviations to the appropriate approving authority
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk management
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in either Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent field
- A tenured officer handling consumer product (Auto, Personal Loans, Cards, and Mortgage) within a bank
- With delegation of authority
- Strong underwriting skills
- Excellent communication skills
