Our Corporate Banking team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Caloocan with the role of Division Head.

In this role, you will lead and oversee the corporate banking team to drive profitable growth, manage credit risk, and strengthen client relationships. Your key functions include setting strategic sales targets, cross-selling bank products, monitoring account performance, and ensuring the division meets financial goals while maintaining risk within appetite.

What the role will entail

• Lead and manage a team of Account Officers, ensuring optimal distribution of targets and efficient resource use
• Drive cross-selling initiatives to enhance account stickiness and profitability
• Monitor account performance to proactively flag issues and coordinate with the CARE team
• Implement a deliberate, selective approach to account solicitation in line with the Bank's credit risk appetite
• Ensure the division's portfolio meets Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) targets
• Maximize loan deployment by identifying opportunities with high returns and manageable risks
• Oversee expense control while supporting growth strategies within the team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in either Business, Finance, Marketing or any related field
• Strong background in banking products, financial services, marketing, and risk management
• Seasoned Account Officer (AO) with a proven leadership track record, ideally with experience managing a small AO team
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of credit risk, profitability metrics, and client relationship management
