Your Role:
As an Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will:
- Ensure month end internal control procedures are completed and documented
- Prepare audit schedules or management reports as needed
- Perform ad hoc analysis for Finance, and Tax, and other inter-departmental teams as needed
- Participate in special projects such as testing prior to implementation of accounting system changes/upgrades and process improvements
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What You Need:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Team Lead or Supervisor
- Experience in a shared services environment or BPO setting is a plus
- Proficient in using large general ledger software applications, as well as online procurement and expense reporting systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, is required.
