URGENT: Ecommerce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, product, trend, and competitor research to identify and source winning products
• Design, enhance, upload, and sell print-on-demand products on Etsy with compelling product descriptions
• Create eye-catching graphics, Pinterest pins, Facebook posts, Instagram Reels, and promotional videos using Canva and social tools
• Update website shop listings, maintain product links, and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM databases
• Process customer orders, handle returns, manage cancellations, and respond to customer service inquiries promptly
• Monitor shop sales, traffic, and product inventory to compile detailed weekly performance reports
• Provide administrative support, maintain digital file organization, and manage task workflows across platforms

Qualifications

• Proven e-commerce experience from a corporate setting or as a Virtual Assistant
• Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft 365, and AI productivity tools
• Hands-on CRM management experience, with a strong preference for GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Practical experience or familiarity with platforms like Etsy, Printful, Pinterest, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, or SalesSamurai
• Prior experience in the coaching or e-commerce industries is a huge plus
