URGENT: Digital Marketing & Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Own overall digital marketing, brand execution, and website maintenance on Wix for a premium home renovation brand
• Create, manage, and optimize targeted paid ad campaigns within Meta Ads Manager across Facebook and Instagram
• Design high-end graphics and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe while writing engaging copy and promotional content
• Maintain social media profiles, manage content calendars, and run specialized email or recruiting marketing campaigns
• Manage Google Business Profile, handle reviews, apply basic SEO principles, and monitor performance via GA4 and Meta Pixel
• Work independently to troubleshoot blockers, manage task trackers, and execute polished, non-generic marketing strategies

Qualifications

• Excellent written English skills paired with strong graphic design capabilities and refined brand judgment
• Premium-quality design portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, polished visual execution
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
• Practical experience managing and updating Wix websites, Meta Pixels, and basic conversion tracking
• Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to take full ownership of deliverables and communicate proactively
• Portfolio submission and skills assessment required prior to hire
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, AI marketing tools, CRM platforms, or email software is a strong advantage
