URGENT: Bilingual Cold Caller VA

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound cold calls to targeted retail and independent pharmacies for the client's e-commerce buyback business
• Pitch pharmacy purchasing managers and decision-makers to identify inventory resale opportunities and secure commercial partnerships
• Overcome objections, pitch value propositions, and qualify pharmacy leads based on inventory buyback criteria
• Log call outcomes, lead details, purchasing manager contact info, and follow-up notes in the CRM
• Assist with administrative lead tracking, record organization, and email/SMS follow-up communications during call downtime

Qualifications

• Full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Proven cold calling, outbound telemarketing, or appointment-setting experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) or similar office productivity suites
• Prior experience using CRM platforms to log customer records and manage lead pipelines is preferred
• Familiarity with cloud dialers and automated calling systems (e.g., Vicidial, Mojo, Kixie, or similar) is preferred
