Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process payments to suppliers and service providers such as checks, bank transfers, or online payments.
  • Monitor due dates of payables to ensure timely payment and avoid penalties.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and accounts to ensure balances are accurate.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree to any financial course
  • With 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience
  • Can start Asap
  • Accessible to Greenhills SanJuan (near Ortigas Pasig)
