The Job:
- Develop and run detailed financial model for the mixed-use project with an Asset Management intent
- Asset development financials, operation revenue and expenses by working closely with asset development team
- Work with treasury to optimise project structuring (cash flow, hedging, interest rates, debt covenants and tax)
- Formulate or review commercial terms for contracts to ensure advantageous impact to project cash flow streams and asset financials
- Market Research and Analysis
- Ensure a systematic filing process is in place
- Stakeholder Management
- Support and provide financial analysis to support commercial decision making.
- Assist with project pipeline planning and management of pipeline status updates.
Requirements:
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Professional qualifications which may include CA, ACCA or CPA qualifications
- Minimum degree qualified with Minimum 3 years work experience in either public accounting or commercial environment
