Key Responsibilities
- Develop urban design plans, master plans, and spatial strategies for neighborhoods, districts, and cities.
- Design public spaces, streetscapes, plazas, and parks that are safe, accessible, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, planners, engineers, and government agencies on urban development projects.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and urban research.
- Prepare design drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations to communicate ideas to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects comply with urban planning guidelines with local authorities (this can be learn)
- Engage with communities and stakeholders to understand social and cultural needs.
- Integrate sustainable practices, mobility planning, and green infrastructure into designs.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design and modeling tools such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, others)
- Rhino 3D
- Microstation (optional but beneficial)
- GIS (optional but beneficial)
- And other AI tools for developing master plan (optional but beneficial)
Key Skills And Competences
- Urban planning / design and spatial analysis
- Creative problem-solving and design thinking
- Understanding of transport systems, public space design, and environmental planning
- Middle east experience (optional but beneficial)
- Strong visual communication and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, Team Player and willing to learn
