UNIX SQL Production support engineer

Responsibilities :

Monitor production applications and ensure system availability.

Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.

Troubleshoot UNIX/Linux server and application-related issues.

Analyze logs and identify root causes of recurring problems.

Execute SQL queries for data validation, issue investigation, and reporting.

Work closely with development, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.

Support application deployments, releases, and change requests.

Perform health checks and monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and services.

Create and maintain operational documents, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.

Ensure adherence to support processes and operational procedures.
