Atlantic International University (AIU) is an online university with 30 years of existence. We are looking for motivated, English-speaking professionals with experience in sales, customer service, or admissions to join our global Admissions team. We are looking for a hardworking, goal-oriented, and persistent individual who is committed to achieving results. What you'll do

• Contact prospective students who have already expressed interest in AIU.
• Build relationships through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand each student's goals and recommend the right academic path.
• Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records in our Prospect Management System (PMS).
• Meet weekly activity and enrollment goals.

We're looking for people with

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telemarketing, Admissions, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Comfortable having at least 25 conversations per day.
• Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
