This is a team leadership role, responsible for managing a group of Property Specialists, driving their performance, and ensuring team targets are met.
A. Minimum Educational Attainment & Legal Compliance:
* Bachelor's Degree in any field (a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is an advantage).
* Must hold a valid PRC Real Estate Salesperson (RES) license,
* Must be accredited by the DHSUD.
* Filipino Citizen, and at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
B. Experience & Skills
Experience:
* At least 2-3 years of proven and successful experience as a Property Specialist or in a similar direct real estate sales role.
* Must have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
* At least 1 year of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or on-the-job training capacity is highly preferred.
Skills:
* Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
* Strong coaching and mentorship skills to develop Property Specialists.
* Excellent networking and recruitment skills to build and grow the team.
* Proficient in sales data analysis and performance reporting.
* Advanced knowledge of real estate principles, Pag-IBIG financing, bank loans, and the Contract to Sell process.
