JOB SUMMARY
Leads the end‑to‑end pre‑turnover unit inspection operations across assigned projects. Ensures all units meet company standards and statutory requirements prior to client turnover. Drives productivity, quality, and cross-functional coordination with concerned department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and oversee the unit inspection schedule across all assigned projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
2. Lead and coordinate Direct Supervisors, Assistants, Unit Coordinators, and housekeeping teams to guarantee unit readiness for inspection.
3. Ensure accurate monitoring, tagging, and recording of WM units in the QTOP system.
4. Manage and oversee the timely accommodation and completion of unit inspections.
5. Review and endorse unit manifestations and concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution
6. Ensure proper resolution and documentation of endorsed units with identified manifestations.
7. Monitor and manage inspection schedules and staff deployment to optimize operational efficiency.
8. Prepare, review, and analyze reports related to unit status, staff performance, and operational updates.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of processes and operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Real Estate, Property Management or related field
2. At least 3-7 years of experience in construction/real estate QA or unit inspections, property management, with managerialcapacity; multi‑site experience preferred.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
4. Strong background in operations management, building finishes, documentation, snag/punch listing, codes & standards, and
cross-department coordination.
5. Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of property management systems is an advantage
