Responsibilities:
1.Initiate marketing campaigns to promote products and portfolio programs aligned with Branch Banking Group Head's business and operations.
- Coordinate with BBG on customer communication, business plan and program support
- Development of program KPI for monitoring and evaluation
- Creative agency support and program execution
2.Implement branding standards in visual merchandising activities across BDO's branch network.
- Coordinate with BBG on Branch expansion schedule for new, relocated and renovated branches
- Preparation of marketing collaterals with supplier coordination
- Approval of supplier implementation
- Development of visual guidelines
3.Support Branch Customer Communication
- Develop content for customer advisories, letters, and other support communication materials
- Manage marketing plans to amplify message
- Create communication strategies for all Branch marketing campaigns
4.Adherence to Compliance and Risk process of BDO
- Management of RCSA, BCP and ORMS and auditable reports of the Bank
5.Team Management
- Development of Organization set- up and function
- Skills and Training Development of BBG Marketing
- Development of career path and skills development of Unit Heads to direct reports.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of Marketing or Business-related course
- With work experience related to Marketing, Management and Development of products, and People Development
- Knowledgeable with Branch Banking Operations, Marketing Product Development and Business Development
