Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Head based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Unit Head will lead and oversee their assigned unit, ensuring effective execution of financial services, achieving performance targets, coaching and mentoring team members, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include driving business development initiatives and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives while upholding the company's values and commitment to service excellence.

• Leadership skills including team management, coaching, and mentoring
• Excellent recruitment skills
• Proficiency in business development, goal setting, and strategic execution
• Strong financial needs analysis, product solution, and presentation skills
• Effective communication, engagement, and relationship management abilities
• Adaptability to a hybrid work environment and ability to self-manage tasks remotely
• Relevant educational background, preferably a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
