The Unit Head Conglomerate Accounts leads and manages key conglomerate clients with multiple subsidiaries or business units. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening executive relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Strategy
- Oversee assigned conglomerate accounts and act as the main escalation point.
- Develop and execute account plans across all subsidiaries.
- Align solutions with the client's business and technology goals.
Revenue & Growth
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling.
- Expand services across different business units.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets (revenue and margin).
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (CIO, CTO, CFO, Business Heads).
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
- Position the company as a long-term partner.
Team Leadership
- Lead and guide Conglomerate Account Managers.
- Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and overall team performance.
- Ensure collaboration with Sales Ops, Technical, and Service Delivery teams.
Service & Risk Management
- Oversee service performance and SLA compliance.
- Address escalations and resolve major issues.
- Manage contract renewals and reduce churn risk.
Reporting & Governance
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Oversee contract negotiations and commercial terms.
- Maintain proper documentation of deals and renewals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- At least 8 years of sales experience in Conglomerate accounts.
- At least 5-10 years handling large or multi-site accounts.
- Experience leading a sales team is an advantage.
- Background in telecom, ICT, or managed services is preferred.
- Strong background in managing large conglomerate is mandatory
- MBA is an advantage
