Business Week is a week-long immersion into the company followed by a guaranteed internship. It's open to current university students who are graduating in 2027.

You'll be constantly deepening the already expert knowledge of our brands and the people who use them. You'll use this level of insight to support developing our products personalities and bring them to life. That could mean working on the launch of a new foods product, undertaking research on the latest trends in hair care, looking at sponsorship opportunities or planning a brand's digital campaign. Our people can make a big impact every day on a local level, across the Philippines, and around the globe.

What does the Program Involve

Internship - A guaranteed (minimum 2 months) internship with your chosen function. Internship start date is flexible depending on your school calendar. Business Week (tentative schedule on June 2026) - A weeklong immersion to the various functions of the company filled with networking sessions, business cases, talks from Unilever Leaders and more all done together with your fellow interns.
