Schedule: MondaySaturday, 8 AM5 PM

Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other supporting documents.
- Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate loan terms or conditions.
- Classify applications into approval, rejection, or conditional categories.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for audits and reviews.
- Collaborate with sales teams, credit officers, and customers to gather additional information as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve underwriting processes and workflows.
- Conducting additional fraud checks to help the Risk Team identify potential fraud.
Qualifications
- 1-year relevant experience
- Fresh graduates with any 4-year course (experience in consumer lending industry is preferred)
- Basic understanding of underwriting and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with various lending products, including personal, business, and digital loans.
- Expertise in evaluating financial statements, credit reports, and repayment capacity.
- Awareness of economic and industry trends affecting lending practices.

- Strong ability to interpret financial data and assess creditworthiness.
- Can make sound and timely underwriting decisions
- Effectively manages workload to meet tight deadlines.
- Quick to learn new systems and adjust to changing policies or procedures.
