Shift: Night Shift

The Business Operations Associate is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.

• Technical Skills Proficiency Level Required (R) /Optional (O)
• Microsoft Excel & Word 2 R
• Microsoft Office Suite 2 R
• Rating and Policy Issuance experience
• Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
• Detail and quality minded
• Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
• Superior knowledge of Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly

Additional Information

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Data Analytics or equivalent
• Project Management experience preferred
• Rating and Policy Issuance experience is required
