What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Non-QM underwriters.
- Ensure loan files meet product and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with operations and sales for smooth pipeline flow
- Provide guidance on complex scenarios and handle escalations
What You'll Bring:
- At least 4 years of Non-QM underwriting experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Encompass
