Familiarity with cutting lines in plans, pen weights of lines, and how to effectively present information in drawings such as walls, low walls, furniture, fixtures, and texts.
Symbol Usage
Know when and how to incorporate symbols such as grid lines, column
grid callouts, detail callouts, cutting planes, and detailed section callouts
in drawings.
CAD and Visualization Tools
Utilize CAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Revit, or similar software to create accurate and detailed plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives.
Ensure understanding of scale, proportion, and text heights in drawings generated using CAD or presentation tools like Keynote or PowerPoint.
Design Interpretation
Interpret and execute designs as directed by the project architect and Principal of the project.
Collaborate with the project team to accurately translate design concepts into visual representations.
Reports and Administrative Support
Prepare reports and documentation for the project architect, project manager, and other stakeholders.
Provide administrative support, including record keeping, file tracking, preparation of meeting minutes, transmittals, and maintaining the drawing registry.
Project Research and Data Gathering
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant data related to the project, such as site information, restrictions, code requirements, technical specifications, lot plotting, topo plot modeling, initial site analysis, building orientation, identifying setbacks, floor area ratio (FAR), building height limits (BHL), maximum buildable area, etc.
Concept Presentation
Present design concepts and ideas to clients using floor plans, perspectives, and other visual means as directed by the project architect, project manager, and/or partners.
Effectively communicate the design vision to clients and seek feedback.
Design Revisions
Accept and incorporate constructive critiques and feedback from the supervisor, making necessary revisions to designs as required.
Self-motivation and Task Management
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in accomplishing tasks and going beyond what is strictly required.
Complete assigned work within the allocated budgeted time frame determined by the project manager.

Holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture
Knowledgeable in Design, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Suite
