UIPath Senior Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct RPA process assessments and identify automation opportunities.
• Set up and manage RPA CoE, including deployment and license management for UiPath.
• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath for mainframe and web applications.
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, AI/ML models, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues, ensuring solutions meet quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including handover documents and solution transition materials.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members and clients.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Support project planning, risk management, and delivery within schedule constraints.
• Contribute to solution documentation, effort estimation, and software quality assurance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
