THE ROLE:

The UI/UX Technical Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the digital experience across web and mobile platforms. This role combines creative design thinking with technical expertise to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces within software development processes. The designer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing digital solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and prototype user interfaces that align with product requirements, ensuring usability and aesthetic consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to guide design improvements.
• Develop detailed UI/UX documentation, including wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and accurate implementation of designs within technical constraints.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistent user experience across platforms.
• Apply responsive design principles to ensure interfaces perform effectively on multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve UX pain points, ensuring a smooth and engaging user journey.
• Support the technical handoff process, ensuring design specifications are clear and optimized for development teams.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and user engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar technical design role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user interface design and interaction design projects.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how designs are implemented in code.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, with a balance between visual creativity and technical precision.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue for UI implementation.
• Experience in designing for enterprise or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of design system management tools (e.g., Storybook).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Basic experience in UX analytics or user behavior tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.).

Work Schedule:

This is a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence three days per week. Candidates should be flexible and open to working night shifts, as needed.

Salary Range - 50,000-70,000PHP
