The position is primarily responsible for creating the visually appealing and user-friendly interface for bank platforms. The position is also responsible for gathering user interface requirements and translating these to innovative design solutions to create wireframes and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand the user needs, and translates them into effective UI/UX designs
- Communicates with other bank units to strike a balance between user experience, business requirements and technical capabilities of the bank features
- Designs the functionality and features of bank product that is suitable for user-friendly banking experience
- Creates wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions
- Works with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI patterns
- Analyzes client feedback and activities to Identify potential usability issues and design opportunities
- Participates in the development and implementation of UX/UI research policies, processes, and standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Systems Design, or any IT-related courses
- At least three (3) years of work-related experience in fintech design and applications
- Knowledge of UI/UX Design Tools
