UI/UX Developer

The UI/UX Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our web and mobile applicationsfrom conceptual design and visual layout to development, testing, and deployment. This role will work closely with stakeholders to enhance user journeys, usability, and overall visual appeal.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design, layout creation, scripting, and programming, with a strong understanding of cross-platform compatibility and seamless integration across technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Laravel CMS, and Google Analytics. Experience with PHP or React is a strong advantage.

We are looking for someone flexible, adaptable, and able to quickly learn new tools and technologies in both technical and creative environments, while consistently delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

About the opportunity

• Design & Strategy: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test UI elements and user journeys before moving to production.
• Frontend Development: Translate design mockups into clean, maintainable, and responsive code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure technical feasibility and consistent brand identity.
• Optimization: Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve conversion rates.
• Accessibility: Ensure all designs and code meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
• Technical SEO Implementation: Increase website visibility in organic (unpaid) search results.

Qualifications

• 4-year course graduate, preferably with a BS in Computer Science, Fine Arts, Information Technology, or Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Web Development
• Willing to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati City
