About the Role
We are looking for a Designer who is passionate about shaping the future of AI-powered geospatial intelligence and space technology. In this role, you will design intuitive user experiences, data visualizations and digital products that make complex spatial data accessible to a wide range of users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform emerging ideas into meaningful solutions while helping define the future of planetary intelligence.
What you'll do
- Develop deep understanding of client's customers
- Imagining what currently does not exist
- Push the boundaries of what's possible in designing intuitive interfaces for AI-powered geospatial intelligence
- Design intuitive interfaces, data visualizations, and user experiences that make spatial data analysis accessible to non-technical users
- Create beautiful and visually stunning company materials that communicate our value, such as presentations, conference assets, case studies, brochures, and other documents
- Develop and evolve client's brand identity, design systems, and visual language
- Prototype and explore new design patterns (UX/UI) to expand platform capabilities
- Identify design opportunities and gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates and external partners
- Own complete design domains such as user research
- Make design strategic and experience recommendations that shape company direction
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and team capability development
- Take on additional responsibilities that support company growth
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Digital Design, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual design, and end-to-end product thinking across web and mobile platforms.
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces, workflows, and data visualizations for complex products or information-rich applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Understanding of UX research methodologies, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design documentation.
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to create polished presentations, marketing assets, brand materials, and digital collateral.
- Ability to translate complex concepts and technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible user experiences.
