Position: UI/UX Designer

Working Hours : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving a notice period with a maximum of 15 days remaining

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Translate concepts and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create visually appealing UI designs with a strong focus on data visualization and information hierarchy.
- Pay close attention to interaction design, visual design, and motion design details.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and contribute to product thinking.
- Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability insights.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in designing web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for digital products.
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and present solutions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing dashboards and data-intensive applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of front-end implementation constraints and collaboration with development teams.
