Role Overview
Globalco seeks a UI/UX Designer for its Davao site. The position demands exceptional attention to structure, clarity, and digital aesthetics. The candidate enhances the usability and interface of Globalco's internal systems and client-facing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces across multiple digital products. Translate functional requirements into visual layouts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with developers to maintain fidelity between design intent and implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and integrate feedback into product refinements.
- Uphold consistency across all visual components and design systems.
- Develop scalable UI frameworks that support ongoing platform evolution.
- Document all designs within centralized repositories for version control.
- Evaluate accessibility standards and apply them rigorously.
- Communicate conceptual directions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Deliver pixel-perfect design assets under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design with measurable project outcomes.
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or React is advantageous.
- Understanding of user research methods and usability testing processes.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Fluent command of English communication, both written and oral.
