UI/UX Designer (Consultant and Lead role)

About the role: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to design and deliver intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The role will work closely with clients, product teams, developers, and stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze user requirements with product managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct UX research, user interviews, benchmarking, and heuristic evaluations.
• Develop personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and information architecture.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Design intuitive, functional, and visually appealing digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Plan and conduct usability and UX testing, incorporating user feedback into design improvements.
• Lead design workshops and present compelling design recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Independently manage UI/UX design projects and contribute to product strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products and services.
• For Executive-level roles:10+ years of professional design experience, including design operations and delivery management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI, UX, and visual/interface design.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design, design thinking, and behavioral research.
• Experience working in enterprise-level product development or consulting environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Government is an advantage.
