What You'll Do

Front-End Development

• Build interfaces using React / React Native (majority of work)
• Implement responsive, high-quality UI components

UI Implementation & Styling

• Translate designs into clean, production-ready code
• Work with Tailwind / modern CSS frameworks, Animations and transitions (CSS / JS-based)
• Ensure consistency across browsers and devices
• Ensure HTML is semantic and meets accessibility guidelines and isstrong in SEO/LLM indexability.
• Collaborate with other developers in the team on React Native projects
• Work with the PM to understand requirements and priorities
• Communicate clearly on progress and blockers
• Use AI to Accelerate Development: Use tools like Claude to generate UI components, debug issues speed up styling and layout work
• Solid Development Practices: work confidently with Git (branching, PRs, merging — no hand-holding), Node environments (npm/yarn, builds, dependencies) and avoid breaking environments or workflows

What You Bring

• At least 3 years experience with development using React/React Native, HTML /CSS (strong)
• Strong understanding of responsive design, component-based architecture and API integration basics
• Strong UI/UX sense – you care how things look and feel
• Attention to detail – spacing, alignment, consistency matter
• Self-sufficient – you can figure things out independently
• Comfortable with tooling – Git and Node should not be a struggle
• Practical mindset – you solve problems instead of getting stuck
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in your workflow
• Able to review and refine AI-generated code, not blindly copy it
