Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled UI Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript and modern front-end development practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications using React and related ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and adherence to web standards.
• Collaborate with backend developers and designers to improve usability.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues across browsers and devices.

Must Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core Object-Oriented JavaScript concepts.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience working on React.js applications.
• Good understanding of state management libraries such as MobX (preferred) or Redux.
• Strong knowledge of DOM APIs, CSS, layout techniques, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Ext JS framework.
• Proficiency in SCSS/SASS.
• Basic understanding of Node.js or Java backend development.
• Knowledge of JSP fundamentals.
• Experience with Webpack and modern bundling/build tools
