We are looking for an experienced, creative, and aesthetically sensitive Visual/UI Designer to be responsible for product interface and overall visual design, enhancing user experience and brand value. This role requires strong design skills, an understanding of user needs, and the ability to integrate the latest design trends and technologies to create high-quality visual solutions, ensuring intuitive, visually appealing, and brand-consistent interface design.
Responsibilities
Visual Design Strategy Development:
- Develop the overall UI design style, visual direction, and guidelines based on business goals and brand strategy, ensuring consistency and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry design trends and leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive visual innovation, enhancing product appeal and competitiveness.
Interface Design & Visual Presentation:
- Responsible for the UI design of the product, creating high-quality, highly recognizable visual experiences.
- Optimize interface layout, information hierarchy, color schemes, and visual effects based on user needs to enhance interactive experiences.
Brand Visual Development:
- Participate in brand-related visual design, including logos, promotional posters, event pages, etc., ensuring brand consistency and scalability while increasing brand exposure.
Design Guidelines & Documentation:
- Establish and maintain UI design guidelines to ensure visual consistency across products and improve team collaboration efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
- Over 5 years of UI/visual design experience, preferably with experience in internet, mobile products, brand visual design, or major tech companies.
Professional Skills:
- Proficient in mainstream design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiar with UI design principles, with strong typography, color matching, and motion design skills.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge design trends, such as AI-generated art and motion interactions, with the ability to apply them in projects.
Team Collaboration & Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate design ideas and drive project implementation.
