UI and UX Designer

The UI & UX Designer is responsible for enhancing the user experience and interface design of Aeroworx's projects and client solutions. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to design intuitive dashboards, implement UX methodologies, and contribute to business process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Technical Operations Manager to provide UX/UI requirements for Aeroworx's projects and clients.
• Design and develop dashboards for current and future projects.
• Collaborate with the Concept Store Group to learn and apply offline-to-online UX methodologies.
• Contribute to special projects related to business and process improvements.
• Conduct user research to identify personas and understand their needs.
• Analyze problems and propose creative and technical solutions.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly content structures and user flows.
• Use design tools to create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Identify project needs and specifications and understand user psychology based on client requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor features and positioning.
• Create journey maps, storyboards, screen flows, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Engage in discussions and presentations to communicate ideas, solutions, and plans to stakeholders.
• Initiate UX audits and conduct user testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions.
• Regularly provide progress updates, document user feedback findings, and prepare design solution presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design, user research, and problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools for prototyping, wireframing, and mockups.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose effective solutions.
